Series Multi-color Automatic Rotating Screen Printing Machine
Its advantage is to rotate station for orientation, so that the location is accurate and the running steady, ink scraper goes ahead little and transducer regulates its speed. The whole machine is composed of several computers and transducer for synchronizer of combination controlling system. It has repeating printing; timing; count and safe protect functions. There are the ovens works with the machine for ink drying. It has the multicolor feel display controlling system. It is with set prints accurate, and high production efficiency.

3.Main structure and function：
1. Adopts imported PLC computer control system.
2. Adopts photovoltaic vertical lift structure and amortize set, ensure the lift part steady.
3. Adopts servo drive set and photovoltaic control system, ensure running steady and set prints accurate.
4. The printing part is made up of synchronous belt and frequency motor. It could do even speed to-and-fro running. The speed of printing knife and ink scraper both could be adjusted.
5. Printing knife and ink scraper are made up of special cylinder. The pressure and distance of printing knife and ink scraper both could be adjusted. The computer controls the cylinder running.
6. Adopts strong light aluminous metal cantilever and honeycomb aluminous worktable.
7. Collocates the IR oven.
8. It has repeating printing, count and timing function and it has safe system.
